RETURN POLICY

While we do accept return of products, there is a 20% restocking fee for all products.  Please contact our Returns Office at 904.249.0102 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Any returns received with a return authorization will be returned to the customer

SHIPPING POLICY

When making a purchase from us online, shipping and handling rates are approximate until you select a shipping option.  Shipment to all states with the exception of Florida is $7.95.  As customers in the state of Florida have to pay sales tax, shipping is free to Florida Residents.  If you need your product faster than our normal shipping times, please contact us at the above number so that we may quote you express shipping fees.  All prices on this web site are expressed in U.S. currency.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. We can solve this dilemma in one of two ways: You can break your items into separate online orders, or, you can contact one of our customer service representatives toll free at 904.249.0102. They will gladly handle your order request.
