Instructions

Apply liberally to lips with padded lip wand. Massage vigorously with fingertips applying a firm pressure. Ideally massage for 45 to 60 seconds. In the evening you may also apply above and below the lip line. Unlike other lip plumping products, no burning sensation, or irritation will be present, just a slight tingle when first applied. Instead, lips will feel like a soft, pillow of moisture has been applied. If lips feel dry, or for an extra boost, apply PHATTENUP® throughout the day as a plumping lip gloss, and absolutely, always before sleeping.
